How to Create Pricing Plans

Upon selecting a Price Plan item using the revised method, users will be prompted with an item customization dialog box within the POS App. This intuitive interface allows users to effortlessly choose the pricing plan, adjust quantities, and apply discounts, all within a single dialog box. This integrated approach aims to enhance user experience by streamlining the process.

1. Utilize pricing plans to manage multiple prices for a specific product.

Some businesses maintain multiple selling prices for a single product, such as wholesale and retail prices.

1. Log in to Astana POS Back Office, then navigate to the "Promotions" section in the main menu and proceed to "Pricing Plans."

• Click on "Create Pricing Plan."
• Input plan name, effective date, and other necessary details.

1. Please select the price change.

• Choose the "Add" price change type to raise the selling price above the regular price.
• Opt for the "Reduce" price change type to lower the selling price below the regular price.
