• A product description provides detailed information about the product, offering insights into its manufacturing process and composition. To access this additional information, users can click on the "Product Information" button within the POS app.

• The "Product Description" function furnishes an extensive summary of the product, encompassing its intended use, functions, and notable attributes. This section may also incorporate technical specifications, dimensions, weight, and other pertinent particulars to assist prospective buyers in comprehending the product effectively.
• The product description holds significance for both users and cashiers, facilitating the provision of precise and comprehensive information to customers at the point of sale. Enhanced Customer Support: By referring to the product description, cashiers can promptly address customer queries, fostering improved customer service and instilling confidence in customers through the perception of informed and supportive assistance.

• Access the POS Back Office by logging in, then navigate to the "Products" section in the main menu and select "Product List."
• Proceed by clicking on the "Add Product" button, inputting the product description, and finally saving the changes. Ensure to save the modifications made by clicking the "Save" button

• Guidelines for Accessing Product Description on the POS App: Users can access detailed product information by utilizing the "Product Information" button. This feature is prominently displayed on the upper right-hand corner of each product with an "i" (Information) icon.
• Upon clicking the button, users can view essential details such as the product name, description, available stock, product code, price, cost category, barcode, and tax information.

• Access the "New Sale" option from the POS App main menu.
• Adjacent to each product's price, locate and select the "i" button for further information.
