How to Create Modifiers
- Access the Astana POS Back Office and navigate to Products > Modifiers.
- Modifiers play a pivotal role in enabling customers to customize their orders to align with their preferences or dietary requirements, thereby enhancing their dining experience.
- Begin by assigning a name to the modifier group, such as "Choice of protein," and proceed to add individual modifiers along with their respective costs and prices.
- To include a new modifier in the group, select the '+ ADD NEW' button.
- Specify the shop(s) where the modifiers will be accessible.
- Save the modifications.
- Upon saving, a prompt will emerge, facilitating the attachment of products to the modifier group.
- Click on 'ATTACH'.
- Select the desired products by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
- You can opt to choose products by category or individually (by clicking the downward arrow to reveal the products).
- Complete the process by clicking 'Save'.
