Download Receipts in the POS App
The Point of Sale (POS) System offers the functionality to download receipts for later sharing on various social media platforms. Receipts can be shared using the customer's email address or phone number. This approach promotes a paperless environment.
Examples of platforms for sharing receipts include Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, and Telegram.
- POS App main menu
- Select “ New Sale ”
- Select item and click “Charge” button
- Once you click “ Charge” button in Payment Interface, you will see SHARE icon with 3-dots connected
- Click SHARE icon button
- Select “PDF” option
- Select “Download” button below the PDF option.
( The downloaded receipt will be available at POS device’s “Download” folder.)
