- Astana enables you to access customers' recent visit dates.
- Incorporating the last visit date into customer reports can significantly improve customer relationship management and facilitate the execution of tailored marketing campaigns.
- Login to POS Back Office Webportal
- Select “ Customer” from main menu
- Go to the “Customer Base”
- Click on the “Last Visit Date”
(Customer report can be downloaded in PDF or CSV format by clicking the “Export” button)
