What is Web Store ?

• The POS System has been enhanced with a "Web Store" feature, enabling businesses to showcase their products on a designated URL. Customers can conveniently place orders through this platform, specifying delivery preferences and payment methods. These orders seamlessly integrate with the POS App, identified by a red dot in the "Open Orders" section.
• Users of the POS system have the ability to review incoming orders and promptly respond by accepting or rejecting them. In cases of rejection, users can provide reasons for their decision. Upon acceptance, users can efficiently prepare the ordered items for fulfillment, streamlining the process and optimizing the management of online orders.

How to create a Web Store

• Log in to the POS Back Office Webportal.
• Navigate to the main menu and choose "Settings."
• Access the "Features" section.
• Activate the "QR Ordering" option.
• Save the changes.

Once "QR Ordering" is enabled, it will be displayed as a sub-menu within the Settings section.

• Choose QR Ordering
• Click on “Generate QR / Create WEB Store”
• Pick the Web Store URL from the dropdown menu
• Input a name for the Web Store
• Choose a SHOP and Terminal
• Select an order type (if applicable)
• Enable collecting customer information
• Ensure the status remains ON
• Click on “Save”

Special Notes -

1. Upon clicking 'save', a Web Store URL will be automatically generated, and you will have the option to COPY the URL.
2. To copy the URL, kindly select the "copy web store URL" section.
3. The generated web store URL can be shared with customers for placing online orders.

How to process web store orders in the POS application.

Begin by enabling "Open Receipts (Bills)" in the FEATURE section of the back office.

• Access the POS Back Office Web Portal.
• Navigate to the main menu and choose "Settings."
• Select the "Feature" option.
• Activate the "Open Orders" button.
• Save the changes by clicking on the designated button.

When "Open Orders" is enabled, it will be displayed on the POS APP as "Open Orders" within the new sales interface.

3. Click “Open Orders” section

A red icon will appear in the "Open Orders" section to signify new web store orders from customers.

1. Users can view orders located in the "New Orders" section.

1. They can then click on the order and choose between accepting or rejecting it.

• Upon acceptance, the user can prepare the order and proceed with the payment by selecting the payment icon.
• Once an order is accepted, it will move to the "QR Ordering" section in the Open Orders area.
• In the event of order rejection, you have the option to include a comment that will be visible to the customer.
