How to Add Customized Remarks

• The "Product Remarks" feature enables users to append personalized notes, comments, or specific instructions to individual items during transactions.
• These notes are linked to the specific products or items customers are purchasing, encompassing details like special requests, preferences, dietary restrictions, modifications, or other pertinent information. Illustration: For instance, if a user necessitates adding a note regarding medication, such as "Take after eating" or "Take before eating," this functionality proves invaluable. It allows for the inclusion of such directives for pharmaceutical products.

1. Begin by opening the POS App, then proceed to select "New Sale" and choose an item by clicking on it.
2. Once the item is selected, navigate to the ITEM CART section and click on the item again.
3. Move to the "REMARK" section, input the customized note, and finalize by clicking "Add."
4. To complete the transaction, select "CHARGE." Upon billing through the POS App, the personalized note will be displayed on the receipt alongside the corresponding product.
