1. What is Time Clock Feature?

• The Astana Time Clock feature enables the tracking of employees' attendance and working hours.
• This functionality permits employees to Clock-In at the start of their shift and Clock-Out at the conclusion of their shift.

How to Enable Time Clock Feature

• Access the POS Back Office Webportal.
• Navigate to the main menu and select "Settings."
• Locate the "Feature" section.
• Enable the "Timeclock" function by toggling the switch to ON.
• Save the changes by clicking on the "Save" button.

How to Use Time Clock

• Access the POS App.
• Navigate to the POS App main menu.
• Locate and select the "Padlock" icon.
• Choose the "Time Clock" icon.
• Input the employee's PIN.
• Select "Clock-In."
• Verify the time accuracy and proceed by clicking "Go To POS" if correct.

How to get a timecard report

• Timecards Report:
• Clock-In and Clock-Out Details: The Timecards report offers a comprehensive overview of employees' Clock-In and Clock-Out times. This data assists managers in overseeing punctuality and attendance, guaranteeing compliance with designated work hours.
