How to Set All Inventory Stock Levels to Zero

• The "Zero All Stocks" feature permits users to reset or modify the stock levels of all items in their inventory to zero. This function serves as a valuable tool for businesses to recalibrate stock discrepancies and establish precise inventory tallies.
• It is imperative to exercise caution when employing the "Zero All Stocks" option, as the action is irreversible, and stock data cannot be recovered. Before executing this function, it is essential to verify the correct selection of the "SHOP" and ensure that stock data/reports have been duly saved.

1. Login to POS Back Office > Select “Inventory” from main menu

1. Go to “Inventory Counts” > Click “Add Inventory Count” button

1. Select correct shop > Tick ON the type as “Full” > Click “Save & Count” button

1. Click “COMPLETE” button and confirm

• Once the confirmation is done, all available stocks will be zero
