How to Setup Customer Loyalty Program

Create Loyalty Program

1.Go to Astana POS Back Office

2.Click on main menu

3.Click on "customer"

4.Click on "Loyalty"

5.Click on "Add Program"

6.Enter program name

7.Enter required bill value

8.Percentage Calculated Automatically

Example :

Required bill value to earn one point = 100

** It means when customer's bill value, he/she is offered 1 loyalty point.

If the bill values

50 = Customer earn 0.5 points

150 = Customer earn 1.5 points

Note 1 point = 1 unit of your currency

9.Click on save

Loyalty Program Created Successfully

Sign Up Customers to Loyalty Program

1.Add product to cart

2.Click on customer icon

3.Add/Select customer > Customer added

4.Click on charge

Loyalty Points earned successfully (Will show at the Astana POS App & Receipt Printed view)
