How to Create an Estimation /Quotation

Estimation Module

The Estimate Module is crafted to elevate your business operations and enhance customer engagements. An estimate serves as a detailed document delineating anticipated costs for the products or services you intend to provide, fostering transparency and professionalism in your interactions with customers.

Ex : As a mobile phone retailer, you offer a variety of smartphones. Suppose a customer has shown interest in acquiring 10 mobile phones, and you aim to furnish them with a comprehensive estimate. Leveraging your back-office system, you can generate and dispatch the estimate to the customer.

1. Access the Back Office by logging in, then navigate to the "Customer" tab in the main menu, followed by selecting the "Estimate" section.
2. Proceed by clicking on the "New Estimate" icon.
3. Choose the customer and shop, specify a valid period and comment, select the product, input the quantity for the estimation, and finalize by clicking the 'Save' button.
4. Subsequently, utilize the 'Send' icon to email the estimation to the customer.

How to ‘accept’ or “reject” already created Estimation

1. Access the Back Office by logging in, then navigate to the "Customer" section in the main menu and select the "Estimate" subsection.
2. Review the list of existing estimations and choose the appropriate one by clicking on it.
3. Proceed by selecting the three-dot icon adjacent to the send button, then choose between "Accept" or "Reject," followed by confirmation.
