1. Get Email Notification for Low & Negative Stocks

The "E-mail Notification" function stands out as a distinctive feature within the POS System. This feature enables users to receive email alerts when their inventory levels drop below a specified threshold, prompting timely reordering to maintain optimal stock levels.

• To activate this functionality, users must input the designated "Safety Stock" quantity for each product.

1. Get Email Notification for Low & Negative Stocks

1. Login to Astana POS Back Office Webportal
2. Select “ Settings ” from main menu
3. Go to the “ Feature”
4. Tick ON “ Notification Settings ” button
5. Click “ Save”

(Once you turn ON “Notification settings”, it will appear as a sub-menu in Settings section)

1. Select Notification Settings
2. Enter a valid Email Address which you want to get low stock notification
3. Tick On “Low stock notification” button
4. Enter a time
5. Click “Update”
