About this role
Per Installation & Training : RM350-600 Key Responsibilities • Hardware Setup: Install physical units like touchscreens, cash drawers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and card payment terminals. • Software Configuration: Install POS applications, update firmware, and configure store settings, tax rates, and user profiles. • Network Connection: Connect devices to local networks via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and test IP communication. • System Testing: Run test sales and end-to-end payment processing checks to ensure hardware and software communicate properly. • Client Training: Teach store staff and managers basic operation, daily closing steps, and simple troubleshooting. • Onsite Support: Troubleshoot errors during or after the setup process and replace faulty peripherals.
