How to Create Discount Plans Attached to the Receipt

• Special Note: In the restructuring process, the Product-wise Discount plan options have been relocated to the item customization dialog, and the receipt-wise discount plans are now conveniently accessible under a discount icon in the primary receipt interface. This adjustment allows you the flexibility to activate or deactivate these discounts according to your requirements.

• Begin by logging into Astana POS Back Office and navigating to the 'Promotions' section within the main menu. Proceed to 'Discounts'.
• Click on 'CREATE DISCOUNT PLAN'.
• Input the Discount Plan Name.
• Choose the specific shop.
• Determine the Discount Attachment Method.
• Specify the Discount Type as either Value or Percentage.
• Enter the Percentage Value accordingly.
• Set the Discount Start Date and End Date.
• Indicate the Days of the week for the Discount to be applicable.
• Define the Time of day for the Discount to take effect.
• Ensure to click 'Add Button' before saving the Discount Plan. Then, click 'Save'.
• Your Discount Plan has now been successfully saved.

To open Astana POS APP effectively, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Astana POS APP. Manually include discounts in the receipts by adding products to the cart and selecting the 'Discount Button'.
2. Choose the appropriate Discount Plan.
3. Proceed by selecting 'CHARGE', confirming that the discount has been added to the receipt successfully.
4. Access the Existing Plan.
5. Activate 'Apply to receipt automatically' and click 'SAVE'.
6. Add items to the cart, and the discount will be applied automatically to the receipt.
7. Click 'CHARGE' to confirm the successful addition of the discount to the receipt.
