  • To facilitate stock addition, it is essential to ensure that the Stock Control option on the product page is activated.

How to Add Stocks - Good Received Notes (GRN) via POS App

  • Open the POS app and navigate to the Menu, then select Inventory.
  • Choose 'Goods Received Note'.
  • Proceed by clicking 'Create GRN'.
  • Enter the required details.
  • Select 'ADD TO LIST', followed by 'VIEW LIST'.
  • Save the information and submit the Goods Received Note.

How to Add Stocks - Good Received Notes (GRN) via Backoffice

  • Login to Astana POS Back Office Webportal - pos.astanabiz.com
  • Select “ Inventory ” from main menu
  • Go to the “Good Received Notes”
  • Click “ Create GRN ” button
  • Select relevant product from dropdown menu
  • Enter GRN Quantity
  • Click ( +) button
  • Click “ CREATE ” button

How to Add Stocks - Good Received Notes (GRN) based on Purchase Orders (PO)

  • Login to Astana POS Back Office Webportal - pos.astanabiz.com
  • Select “ Inventory ” from main menu
  • Go to 'Purchase Orders (PO)'.
  • Select the previously created PO.
  • Click 'CREATE GRN'.
  • Click 'CREATE'.
